HABU R S11, the latest generation of the venerable HABU winter collection, features completely updated textiles that allow for a lighter, more breathable and, most importantly, more supple softshell construction. The new construction hugs the body closer, improving the aerodynamic second-skin fit while allowing the hydrophobic textile to better wick moisture away from the skin and maintain a dry, warm microclimate.

Features of the Assos EQUIPE R S11 HABU winter jacket for men

  • AIRBLOCK-EVO.888 is an updated version of the in-house softshell material used in the previous HABU jacket. It is wind and waterproof, and the new membrane of the textile is more breathable and elastic.
  • The sleeves combine an outer layer of contouring, storm-resistant Winterfoam with a lining of soft, insulating RX textile in a breathable, insulating twinDeck construction.
  • An ultra-light, ultra-soft Breath textile lining increases comfort and actively wicks moisture away from the skin.
  • The AEPD 11 racingFit is an aerodynamic second-skin fit that was developed based on feedback from our WorldTour riders and offers the body all-round compression and stability. The sleeves and main textiles have been updated to create a contoured fit.
  • bodySleeve AEPD: A supple, highly elastic construction that hugs body contours and improves aerodynamics and push-pull moisture management.
  • struzzoCollar: A comfortable collar that provides lighter, soft insulation. Actively regulates the individual microclimate without having to open the zipper and exposing the neck to cold air.
  • ASSOSOIRES Pocket: Located on the front. Secure storage for shell gloves or heavier accessories during high intensity intervals.
  • Triple Ramp Pockets: Flexible fabric panels sewn into the pockets secure and stabilize the contents while protecting them from light precipitation or splashing water.
  • Reflective strip: Increases visibility in low light and overcast conditions when stormproof protection is particularly important
