At Gowilds the process is convenient. Simply return your items within 60 days, Keep items fresh, unused, without explanation required. Please note that we can only accept unused articles with the original labels. You assume the costs for return shipment.

This is how it works:

Please make sure you respect the following criteria:
products must be in the unused condition, free of deodorant, sweat- or other foreign odours, without stains, without pulled threads or other optical deficits. In addition, the returned goods need to have all original labels on the original fixing.

IMPORTANT: we recommend your national postal service which is the cheapest and quickest option.Set the value of the product to "10" on CN22

please ensure you clearly mark the outside of the box with the wording “Returned Goods – Failed Sale” and note your original order number on the outside of the box, Please also mark this clearly on the customs declaration (CN22 and /or CN23) on the outside of the packaging. Failure to follow these instructions could result in the parcel being refused being returned to sender.

Processing and refunds

Upon receiving and reviewing your return we will send you a confirmation email. You will receive a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the return. The refund will be credited to the same account used at the time of purchase.
We place great emphasis on thorough and quick processing of your return. However, delays of 2-3 workdays may occur during season kick-offs, high amounts of incoming orders and the holiday season. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


What if the article does not fit or you simply prefer a different?
gowilds's return policy service allows a quick and simple exchange. You have the choice to exchange the articles for a different size or you can choose a completely different article. Please note that on the return form and send it together with the articles back to Gowilds. You assume the costs for return shipment. We recommend your national postal service which is the cheapest and quickest option.

After processing the return, your new order will be sent. We assume the costs for the new shipment!
